Martin Seto is the principal of Reflex Media a media consultancy practice offering media owners online publishing, ad sales and acquisition/selling brokerage services. He has worked with over 100 magazine publishers during his carer that include major companies in the publishing industry in Canada  such as Rogers, Transcontinental, St Joseph, House and Home Media, Spafax, Thomson Reuters and Lexis Nexis. He  has extensive USA market ad sales experience when he worked with the Linux Journal during the dotcom boom where he worked with technology giants such as IBM, CA, Compaq and Nokia.

His media services also include working with ad agencies as a media buyer/planner  for USA , Canada and International markets for tv, radio, print , outdoor and online.  This knowledge helps him stay abreast of the latest media trends for his media clients for new revenue opportunities and advertiser needs. His agency experience includes working with national advertisers such as Motorola, Ford, Mercedes, Nabisco, Smirnoff, Cadbury Beverages, Macleans and Minto Homes.

A thought leader in the magazine  industry as this blog is also published on Masthead the trade portal for the magazine industry in Canada and is the most read column on the website. He has won an award for best digital design (silver) in the 2011 Canadian Online Publishing Awards with Condominia a magazine start-up and was a judge for best digital design for the 2012 National magazine awards in Canada. Martin is a sought after speaker as he has spoken at magazine conferences and for printing/magazine  associations for ad sales and digital publishing models and trends.  He has been an instructor on advertising and digital publishing at Centennial College in Toronto.

His volunteer community work includes  corporate/media sponsorship duties  for Team Canada for the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia. He has served on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Toronto and a member club St Albans Boys and Girls Club. He currently is a volunteer hockey coach in the Markham Houseleague program.
